Future you will thank you.
Pro Tips:
-
Do this at the end of the day when your fingers are naturally a bit puffier (yes, that’s a thing). You don’t want to measure when your ice cold and teeny - just in case your dream ring doesn’t fit when the temperature warms.
-
Your dominant hand tends to be slightly larger - yes really
-
Wider bands fit tighter, so you might want to size up slightly if you're eyeing a chunky statement ring

The String Method
You’ll need:
A piece of string, dental floss or even tape
A pen
A ruler (yep, steal one from the kids pencil case)
What to do: Wrap the string around the base of your finger - snug but not cutting off circulation. Remember it still needs to be able to slide over your knuckle. Mark where the string intersects so the ink is on each end. Lay flat and measure between the two marks. Compare to our sizing chart.

The Paper Strip Method
Cut a strip of paper about 1/3 inch wide and wrap around your finger, just like the string trick. Mark where it overlaps, measure the length and use that measurement to compare to our chart.
The Ring You Already Own
Have a ring that fits perfectly on the finger you’re targeting? You’ll need;
That ring
A ruler
Measure the inside diameter of the ring (from edge to edge straight across the middle). Alternatively, print our paper ring size chart, place your ring over the circles until you find your perfect match (print at 100%).
